I got a issue from AMLOGIC
Some Eagle board has low VDD_EE voltage under certain condition.
1. HDR VOD contents
2. PIP state.
and I checked this issue with Mr. Jingyu Xu. but the issue was not appeared
I and Jingyu has own portable multimeter. but there is no calibration.

Could you please check the VDD_EE Voltage with your accurate scope.
1. DUT : 5 PCS
2. Condition
    - 4K HDR YOUTUBE
    - 4K NON HDR YOUTUBE
    - FHD YOUTUBE
